What's on?
Welcome Drinks
All conference delegates are warmly invited to the Welcome Drinks on Thursday 23rd July, which will be held after the Barnetson Lecture. The Welcome Drinks are a complimentary networking opportunity and the cost is included in your registration fee.

ASDR Annual General Meeting 2026
All current ASDR members are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting.
This will be held on Day 2, Friday July 24th at 08:00am.

The conference dinner will be held on the evening of Day 2, Friday 24th July. This is an optional event for delegates wishing to connect with friends and colleagues, and further maximise their networking opportunities in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Sahra by the River is located along the Parramatta River in the heart of Parramatta, offering a vibrant dining experience with scenic waterfront views.
How to get there?
- Westmead Innovation Centre is approximately a 10-minute drive from the venue.
- Complimentary transport will be provided for all registered dinner guests, departing from Westmead Innovation Centre and returning after the event.
- For those who prefer to make their own way, taxis and rideshare services are readily available, and Parramatta is also accessible via public transport, including train and light rail services.
